17 international brands, operating in various segments of the consumer market, plans to open its first store in Russia in 2014, said CBRE.
"Eight of them are in the segment of "clothing and footwear ": Blue Inc, Deichmann, Dolce & Gabbana Kids, Facconable, Forever 21 , Hammersmith, Moncler and Monki", - noted in the materials.
Furthermore, in 2014 three retailers in the segment of " children's products " , including Petit Bateau, Prenatal and Walt Disney, as well as dealer goodies Eataly consider entering Russian market. Finally, five international brands - Charley Philly Steaks, Churchill's, Jamie's Italian and Max Brenner - might open in Russia the first cafe or restaurants.
The report also notes that 33 new international brands hit the domestic market in 2013. "Almost 60% of brands entered the market are owned by European companies, 35% - of U.S. companies, and the remaining 5% - two Japanese brand" - specifies in it.
